Material Planner (80-100%) (m/f/d)

In this role you will be responsible for the planning of the assigned materials, in Medium- / Low-Speed Division in Baden, Switzerland, ensuring on time deliveries for the customers. Reporting to the Team Leader of Logistics & Operational Purchasing , you will contribute to our success in region .

Your responsibilities:
  • Planning of single materials and turbochargers of the assigned TC-types
  • Ensure availability of materials for customer orders
  • Monitoring of turbocharger and part-exchange-program (PEP) orders in Felios system
  • Capacity coordination with the assembly and packaging
  • Master data maintenance of the materials in SAP
  • Monitoring of inventory level and inventory turnover
  • Scrapping of materials without demand
  • Checking of the forecast / safety stock and logistic key data (SAP, Felios, GIB)

Your background:
  • Min. of 2 years of experience in material- / order planning, working as Material Planner.
  • Good knowledge of integrated ERP systems - specifically SAP, GIB, EWM, Felios.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
  • A collaborative and solution-focused approach.
  • Experienced handling of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluent written and spoken communication skills in German and good English knowledge
  • Further education, appropriate to area of expertise is desired
