• Support in the supplier material compliance data request process
• Support the roll-out of the Human Rights global Risk Assessment & training
• Derive actions of the Human Rights Due Diligence roadmap and drive them
• Support the roll-out of a sustainability tool
• Analyze the EU corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (EU CSDDD) requirements and support the global lading team in setting up the framework
• Contribute to the sustainability report
• Participate in the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) working groups and add value by bringing in own ideas to translate the learnings into business action
• Actively support the Value Chain Sustainability decarbonization and Human Rights targets

• Bachelor/Master Student in a relevant field, Engineering, Sustainability Business, Sustainability Management or similar
• Basic understanding of main sustainability frameworks and regulations such as Greenhouse Gas protocol, SBTi; EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM); EU Corporate Sustainability reporting Directive (CSRD); EU CSDDD; EU Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) / Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (Ro HS); etc.
