In this role you will be responsible for the environmental management in Switzerland across Divisions and Functions, ensuring legal compliance and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Head of Management Systems, you will drive the achievement of environmental targets derived from Accelleron's sustainability strategy.

Your responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of ISO 14001 certification and related processes
  • Monitoring, reporting and evaluation of environmental metrics
  • Leading and supporting projects to achieve environmental targets
  • Ensuring legal compliance
Your background:
  • Sound education and further training in the field of environmental management, university degree is a plus.
  • First professional experience in the field in an industrial environment
  • Project management skills
  • Strong networker and structured way of thinking and working
  • Fluency in German and English is a must
