Dein Profil

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar purchasing role, preferably in e-commerce or retail.

• Experience in buying Fashion is a strong plus.
• Experience in working with different sourcing models (Wholesale, Reservation, Dropshipping)
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful supplier management.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for product selection and assortment planning.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Familiarity with inventory management and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Language skills: English (fluent level) plus German or French preferred.
