What will your essential responsibilities include?

• Act as a trusted partner to the Country Head and Leadership Team

• Maintain a 360° view of the Country Head’s scope and manage priorities

• Initiate, lead, coordinate, mobilise and facilitate strategic initiatives from development throughout successful execution

• Manage agenda, priorities, information needs, decision making and actions from the Leadership Team meetings

• Support Country Head in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation on local and regional strategic initiatives

• Act as a point of contact or liaison between local Team, divisional and global stakeholders within the Group. Ensure ongoing alignment with the Business Unit and Division

• Act as sounding board for stakeholders of strategic projects: provide open, honest feedback and recommendations to ease and speed execution

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

• Analytical thinking: Can simplify complexity and able to interpret data appropriately in order to analyse or direct / engage with others as needed. Can find solutions under pressure and ambiguity

• Strong Collaborator: Develop and maintain trust based and productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provide guidance and seek input from others as needed to achieve the best result possible. Capable of working and collaborating with a virtual team, across multiple diverse geographies and cultures. Can manage process from idea to execution

• Strategic Leadership: Role model by setting a high bar for performance, engagement and commitment. Partnering at executive level. Takes initiative. Ability to lead independently

• Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, presentation and influencing skills are essential. Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of sophistication. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently juggle numerous concurrent responsibilities

• Results Oriented: Keen ability to execute and deliver results. Approach tasks proactively and anticipate needs. Thinks quickly and has the flexibility to (re-)prioritise multiple work streams / projects / tasks without sacrificing quality. Act with a sense of urgency. Excells in project management
