We are looking for a Cleanroom Operations Manager (m/f) with immediate effect or by appointment.
Your main tasks
The Cleanroom Operations Manager is responsible for the proper use of the facilities under his or her jurisdiction, typically the cleanroom and flow-box, as well as the proper implementation of operational policies to produce in these high quality spaces. The Cleanroom Technician will support various company personnel in all aspects of production and manufacturing processes, including scheduling regular inspections and maintenance of the equipment.
With your skills and practical experience, you will be responsible for the availability of the complex infrastructure to ensure production operations at the Losone facility.
Tasks in detail
  • Ensuring the functionality of the sophisticated infrastructure
  • Ensuring the operational capability of systems, particularly cleanrooms
  • Installation, maintenance and repair of associated systems:
    Electricity, gas, pure and cooling water, waste water
  • Plan, coordinate and supervise installation and repair work in the cleanroom with internal and external partners.
  • Support the team in the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities.
  • Assist with planning and budget control for cleanroom facilities.


Your profile
To perform this role with professionalism, you should have
  • Technical qualification (engineer, master craftsman, technician)
  • Several years of practical experience in the maintenance and repair of systems and equipment
  • High level of initiative, independence and assertiveness
  • Possession of an electrical installation license or willingness to be trained
  • Experience in ventilation and vacuum technology an advantage
  • Good knowledge of German and English as well as team and service orientation are required.
