Corporate Human Resources Trainee

The HR intern is responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in improving engagement activities, all administrative matters and other assigned areas.

An internship agreement is mandatory to be eligible to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Employer Branding & Social Media
  • Ensure an up to date Social Media Calendar (posting twice a week).
  • Manage the Kempinski Instagram Career Page.
  • Constant communication with properties for content collection.
  • Manage the Employee Stories on the Kempinski Career Page.
  • Assist for the quarterly Worldwide HR Newsletter.

HR Administration
  • Manage and track the Corporate Loyalty Program (prepare letters, certificate, pins…)
  • Manage Birthday Celebrations and special occasions (i.e. marriage, delivery etc.) and arrange gifts and cards to be personally handed over.
  • HR monthly invoicing on our expense system
  • Make suggestions on improving HR processes or Best Practices.
  • Addressing any other employee questions or concerns.

Talent Acquisition
  • Preparation of all necessaries documents prior to our School Career Fair
  • Collecting data from the Career Fair for reports and follow-up with properties
  • Propose new ideas to promote Kempinski brand presence as an employer of choice

Employee Engagement
  • Manage and assist the Corporate Engagement Committee to ensure regular activities in the Corporate Office. (Monthly breakfast, celebrations days, staff parties).
  • Support the Global Engagement Activities Worldwide.
  • Assist in corporate events organisation


Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business.
