• Work with developers and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the search landscape to improve website visibility and ranking.
• Develop visualizations for stakeholders and the team, providing a clear view of our performance and strategic direction.
• Regularly monitor and analyze the impact of Google's search algorithm updates on our projects.
• Thrive in an open feedback, blameless environment and contribute to our pair programming culture.

Deine Fähigkeiten

• Higher education degree in computer science (ETH/UNI/FH) or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing complex data sets, preferably in e-commerce.
• Advanced skills in data extraction and processing using SQL and Python/R.
• Proficient in data visualization with business intelligence tools like Tableau or Looker Studio.
• Competence in statistics, including statistical modeling and A/B testing.
• English proficiency is a must.
• Familiarity with SEO and technical SEO principles
• Understand which data points are critical and how these can impact website traffic
• Prioritizing empathy and compassion in decision-making.
• Maintaining resilience and agility while adjusting strategies as needed.
