Deine Aufgaben

• Develop engaging videos, imagery, and templates that reflect our company culture, values, and employee experiences in alignment with our EVP.
• Follow the quarterly editorial plan to ensure timely delivery of content that meets specified objectives.
• Ensure content consistency with EVP brand guidelines and effectively communicate our employer brand message.
• Craft compelling stories that resonate with the target audience and highlight why Galaxus is a great workplace.
• Collaborate with the Leader of People Attraction & Employer Branding and other stakeholders for idea generation, content planning, and feedback review.
• Manage various platforms, including social media, our careers website, and internal communications, while staying updated with trends in employer branding and multimedia content creation.

Deine Fähigkeiten

• Experience in creating multimedia content for social media platforms (Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube), with proficiency in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro), graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator), and template creation (Canva). Previous work in employer branding or corporate communications is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or other education in Media Production, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications. The role is open for students with freelance experience with different companies.
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken. Good German communication skills are an advantage.
• A willingness to challenge "how things have always been done" and propose more efficient, automated, or effective solutions.
• Utilizing emotional intelligence to foster people-centered approaches.
• Maintaining resilience and agility while adjusting strategies as needed.
• Ability to convey complex ideas through visual storytelling, with strong creative skills and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
