JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain data infrastructure for our growing data products. This role will leverage Microsoft Fabric to support data integration, processing, and visualization, creating impactful data solutions for teams across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams - including Legal, Account Management, and Business Development -to ensure seamless data flows and actionable insights.

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:

• Backend Development: Build and manage backend infrastructure with Microsoft Fabric, processing large datasets to ensure data quality and integrity across sources
• Data Product Design: Develop and maintain scalable data products (both frontend and backend) aligned with business needs
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Define requirements with stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions that meet organizational goals
• Data Governance and Security: Enforce governance and security protocols to ensure compliance when handling sensitive data
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Microsoft Fabric advancements, continuously improving data infrastructure

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years in data engineering or data science, with expertise in Microsoft Fabric or Power BI.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Power BI), Python, SQL, ETL, and front-end data visualization. Knowledge of machine learning libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, Tensor Flow) and experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
