For our client, a leading wealthtech company, we seek an experienced and professional senior compliance expert with leadership experience.

Job Description

• Develop Compliance and AML tasks as the 2nd line of defence per Swiss regulations and company policies.
• Identify, assess, and advise on compliance risks to branch management and staff.
• Establish and adapt compliance procedures and policies, ensuring adherence to company standards and conduct.
• Implement the Compliance Monitoring Programme based on regulatory risk assessments and the Corporate Defense Model
• Implement AML/CFT regulations and company policies, including client due diligence, screening, and transaction monitoring.
• Assess and monitor outsourcing services and third-party risk management per Swiss regulations and company policies.
• Communicate with financial authorities.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum of 8 years experience in a similar role within the financial industry
• Native German speaker and fluent in English
• Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
• Proficient in managing complex situations
• International mindset
• Skilled at navigating matrix organisations
