Ready for Swisscom

Together with your team, you will handle the design, development, testing, and operation of new features and oversee the entire CI/CD process. The team develops and operates various in-house applications for small to medium-sized businesses and enterprise clients, allowing them to configure their networks independently through Software Defined Network technology.
These applications are designed to automate complex processes in network configuration. We collaborate closely with multiple backend systems to achieve this.We utilize the latest technologies and are always exploring ways to enhance our products. In doing so, we contribute to a future-proof design across multiple applications. At the same time, we optimize internal workflows to ensure efficient operation of our applications.

Develop new features using Java Spring Boot, microservices, and full CI/CD integration within a modern Dev Ops approach.
Design and implement software solutions and support the team in re-architecting parts of the current application.
Ensure quality with automated tests (unit tests, integration tests) and assist with the migration from an internal to an external cloud.

Strong expertise in Java 17+ and Spring Boot, with solid knowledge in highly scalable software architecture and design.
Higher education in computer science or equivalent work experience in software development, preferably with experience in SDN.
Experience in model-driven development.
Several years of experience with relational databases like Oracle and non-relational databases (e.g., Mongo DB).
Positive attitude under high workload and time pressure to meet deadlines.
