This is a newly created role to expand the client desk team.
About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Google Cloud Systems Administrator to take full ownership of IT operations, focusing on optimizing and securing our cloud-based infrastructure. In this independent, hands-on role, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of internal and external services, with a primary focus on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You’ll collaborate with development teams to manage automation, monitoring, and capacity, while playing a key role in shaping our IT strategy and ensuring scalability as our business grows. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of building a cutting-edge, cloud-driven IT environment.
Your Tasks

Guide partners in embedding our finance services using APIs, and offer technical support throughout the process.
Swiftly resolve API integration issues by collaborating with internal and external teams.
Develop and run automated/manual tests to ensure API performance and reliability.
Ensure continuous monitoring of API usage and performance to meet partner expectations.
Assist in setting up and maintaining cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) to ensure scalable and secure API services.
Create technical guides and maintain a knowledge base to assist partners and internal teams.

Your Profile

3+ years in API integration or software development roles, with expertise in RESTful APIs and web services.
Proficiency in Java, Python, Java Script, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Experience with tools such as Postman and solid understanding of API security and authentication mechanisms (OAuth).
Strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication for explaining technical issues to non-technical partners, and a collaborative approach.
Experience in Fin Tech or Financial Sector is a plus.
