Job Description
- You take independent responsibility for the rental and sale of properties.
- You are responsible for viewings, contract negotiations, and handovers.
- You are responsible for conducting property market valuations.
- You acquire and support new clients.
- You manage existing clients.
- You are the point of contact in the housing ecosystem (financing, retirement planning, etc.).
- First experience in sales / distribution is advantageous.
- Completed basic training with Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ) is mandatory.
- Commercial apprenticeship (KV) with professional certification / further education is advantageous (not mandatory).
- Further education in sales is advantageous (not mandatory).
- You bring a sense of ownership, willingness to perform, and a structured approach to work.
- You are courteous, flexible, eager to learn, and motivated with a digital affinity.
- You are communicative and outgoing.
- Excellent verbal and written German skills are mandatory.
- Valid driver's license Category B is required.
- Own vehicle ideally available.
- Ideal age: 23 years +
- Mörschwil + within a radius of 30km.
