CONTEXT & MISSION:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated ESG Data Intern to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland. This internship provides a unique opportunity to contribute to our ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives and gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of sustainability reporting and climate management.
This position reports to Head of Sustainability Finance, ensuring alignment of data and reporting efforts.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting Consolidation: assist in consolidating data for sustainability reports (including carbon footprint)
Data Consistency Checks: ensure data consistency and accuracy across different sources and create data control procedures
Reporting Improvement : be part of an IT taskforce to automatize and improve sustainability reporting
Graph Creation: create visually clear graphs and charts for reports and presentations
ESG annual report update: work closely with the Reporting Manager to update the annual report to support data collection process and timings
Field Trips: occasionally travel to our operations in Provence, France

HOW YOU CAN FIT:

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program in Business Analysis/Data Analytics, with an orientation on environmental science, sustainability, business, or related fields – An internship agreement provided by your school is mandatory
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data and reporting tools
Fluent in English and French
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in creating engaging presentations (Power Point skills)
Passion for sustainability and environmental issues
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility

STARTING DATE: January 2025 for 6 months (full-time position)

LOCATION: Geneva (Plan-les-Ouates), Switzerland
