• 
  Provide assistance to the facility management team to ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level
• Ensure effective communication and follow-up with client, suppliers, peers, building tenants and management at all times.
• Stock management and order of supplies
• Maintain security and safety as required by law, client and CBRE rules
• Manage workspaces in collaboration with Client's WPS
• Report, document and follow-up issues & non-conformances
• Keep site and equipment fully operational
• Supplier invoices : follow up with suppliers and solving cases
• Answer client's inquiries and concerns
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
• Handling Shipments & Mails
• Invoicing and follow-up
• Suppliers coordination
• Other tasks as required by the business
