Job Description
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement direct and indirect cost allocation strategies.
• Analyze budget gaps and performance differences month-over-month.
• Calculate transfer pricing and provide financial forecasts and budgets.
• Determine standard costs for back-office operations.
• Generate insightful reports for GL managers.
• Control and monitor capital expenditure to ensure efficient resource usage.

What You'll Need

• A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree from a top-tier university being highly preferred.
• 3-7 years of experience in a similar role, with exposure to private banking (preferred).
• Fluent in both English and French.
