Job Description

• Lead financial analysis and performance reporting, collaborating with various stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee the development and monitoring of annual budgets in alignment with strategic objectives, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, offering financial guidance to department heads and enhancing decision-making processes.
• Drive process improvement initiatives, including the implementation of KPIs, financial policies, and cost control measures.
• Support transformation projects, leveraging technology to streamline financial reporting and enhance operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant
Successful Candidate

• Master's degree in a relevant business field with prior experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Strong background in audit, (3/4Years) preferably with a Big 4 firm, and excellent knowledge of accounting processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French and/or Spanish is an advantage.
