Main Responsibilities:
Recently, the Ermenegildo Zegna Group, has embarked on a comprehensive transformation program aimed at standardizing and harmonizing its core systems and services.

The intern's role will involve supporting the Organization & Change Management Function within the HR Family in their daily tasks.
We seek an individual with a passion for HR, organization, change management, and digital transformation topics, who is eager to collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders and external partners worldwide on multi-year transformation initiatives that extend beyond the realm of HR.

Here are some experiences/skills that we are looking for:

• Holder of a university degree (minimum 3 years of higher education) preferably in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or similar.
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Teams)
• 4 Soft skills:

• Proficient user of English

Knowledge of any EU official language is an advantage
