MISSION
Tasks and responsibilities
  • Lead and manage our global IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centricity.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with our business objectives and future growth plans.
  • Drive our cloud transformation initiative, with a focus on transitioning to Azure Cloud.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of new IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
  • Spearhead the automation of business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure IT systems and operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
  • Stay abreast of the latest IT trends and technologies and leverage them to the benefit of the organization.
  • Assume responsibility for IT project budgeting and timely delivery of outcomes.
  • Foster an agile working environment within the IT department and promote agile practices throughout the organization.
STUDIES
Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA would be a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Head of IT, IT Director, or similar leadership role.
  • Extensive experience in managing and leading global teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in cloud transformation, specifically with Azure Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
  • Experience in automating business processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong strategic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and promoting agile practices
