Job Description

Planning and Analysis:
Develop and manage the HR department's budget, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting. Provide financial insights to support HR strategic planning and decision-making. -
Cost Management:
Conduct cost analysis of HR activities and initiatives to identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements. Monitor and report on HR expenses and variances against the budget. -
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies related to HR activities. Prepare regular financial reports and analysis for HR management and executive leadership. -
Data Management:
Maintain and manage HR financial data, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Utilize HR analytics tools to track key metrics and trends. -
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with HR and finance teams to support various projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with financial goals. Provide financial guidance on HR policies and practices. -
Risk Management:
Identify and assess financial risks related to HR activities. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and enhance financial stability within the HR function. -
Project Management:
Lead and participate in HR projects, providing financial expertise and ensuring that project budgets and timelines are met. Assist in the development and implementation of HR systems and processes. -
Performance Measurement:
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the HR department, providing analysis and insights to drive performance improvements.
The Successful Applicant

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Finance. -
Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial management, preferably within an HR context. Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and compliance is essential. -
Skills:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with financial software.
- Knowledge of HR practices and principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
