Main Purpose of the Role:

The HRBP is responsible for adherence of our standards and manage employee experience along the employee life cycle. For all employees working in the Ticino Region the HRBP secures consistent employee experience driven by respect and equality to support the organization's objectives and foster a positive work environment driven by collaboration.

Area of responsibility

• HR Partnering: Collaborate with people managers to understand business needs, objectives, and translating them into concrete supporting actions executed by the line manager (in Italian language)
• Recruiting and onboarding, responsible for an active resource management, consult people managers to fill open positions with people match with our culture as well as contribute to further development of our company
• Initiate and facilitate trainings in the filed of leadership and management
• Provide guidance and support, to resolve conflicts and maintain positive working relationships
• Actively contribute support during periods of organizational change
• Support the offboarding process, leading and documenting the exit interviews and finalize the content of the letter of reference
• Ensuring HR administration for all HR related tasks in the region (preparation of employment references, administrative support for the recruitment process, preparation of various HR statistics)
• Deputy within the team of HR professionals and provide support across regional boundaries

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of HR Expertise and brings of sound professional experience in HR administration, ideally in an international environment
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles and practices, and Swiss Labor law, and diploma as certified HR assistant and/or HR specialist (or equivalent education)
• At least 2 years HR partnering with different levels of an organization

• Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong collaborative and Service Orientation and works effectively within the HR Team and with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of team spirit and cooperation
• Is resilient and adapts well to change, deliver results in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High affinity for working with HR systems
• Hands-on mentality and openness to proactive action in a rapidly changing environment
• Quick comprehension, structured and efficient way of working
• Proficiency in Italian language and good command in English language (internal conversation with HR peers) any other language is an asset (mainly German and French)
