Your role

• Drafting Documents: Prepare and publish job advertisements (internally and externally), redact work certificates and employment contracts in both English and French.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and administrative data within our HR systems.
• Recruitment: Organizing in-person and online interviews with international candidates and managing the onboarding of new employees.
• Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks related to recruitment, scheduling internal meetings and other HR initiatives.

Your profile

• Currently pursuing or have recently completed a university degree or a CFC in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR assistant certificate would be an asset.
• Previous experience in a demanding work environment will be an asset.
• Proactive and capable of working autonomously and under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong capabilities in organizing data and preparing presentations.
• English or French mother tongue, with a perfect command of the other language both oral and writing.
• Excellent communication skills (written & oral) and a strong customer service nature.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail, you thrive in administrative roles and enjoy the challenges they present. Capable of handling confidential information with discretion, you possess a genuine interest in human resources and are eager to learn and contribute to the team.
• Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
