Main tasks:
- Direct communication and active stakeholder management with internal stakeholders.
- Supporting the project teams in the development of deliverables.
- Creation and management of framing orders as well as the entire framing phase for the development of project results.
- Continuous identification of customer needs and involvement of relevant stakeholders.
- Based on the results, you create the project orders for the next phase and ensure their approval.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing complex IT projects.
- Solid knowledge of project management, ideally with certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA).
- Experience in working with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and successful implementation of projects within set deadlines and budgets.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to lead interdisciplinary teams
- German: Fluent

Location: Bern and region (Hybrid, remote only from Switzerland)
Workload : 80-100%
