IT Specialist (m/w) 100%

Your Task

• Installation, migration and maintenance of our POS systems, telephones, videowalls and computers in our stores
• Client installations (PC, I-Pad and Phone) and their further support
• Maintenance of the IT infrastructure and equipment (in collaboration with IT laboratory in our Global HQ in Italy)
• On-site and remote support for IT problems in our stores
• User support for our Swiss HQ staff
• Graphics and video editing for our sales conventions and local advertising campaigns, in case needed

Your Profile

• Completed IT training
• At least 1 year of experience in a comparable position
• Good knowledge of English and Italian (knowledge of German and French is an advantage)
• 60-80% of Travel around our stores in Switzerland (no home office)
• Interest in photography and image processing is an advantage
