Position Summary

• Analyze and document business processes with key business stakeholders and define project scope and requirements
• Create and manage all project relevant documents
• Manage and mitigate project risks and project change requests
• Manage the project communication to business stakeholders including executive summaries reports
• Work closely with our IT PMO team or 3rd party vendors to ensure business requirements are met
• Support business to create training plans and training scripts

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferably in Aviation
• Experience in business aviation is a plus
• Exceptional analytical skills and solution-oriented mind-set
• Ability to adapt, innovate, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Collaborative team player with the talent to inspire and influence
• Strong communication skills, fluently spoken in English
