About the Role

Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining our Linux IT infrastructure
• Performing software maintenance and automated Linux installation in a virtualized environment
• Managing server hardware, act as Linux expert for the team
• Assisting in other fields including Linux-Windows connectivity, firewalls and backup systems
• Troubleshooting Enterprise architecture issues
• Performing 2nd level user support
• Supporting end users

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years related business experience
• In-depth Linux client and server knowledge (Red Hat, Ubuntu)
• Knowledge of Red Hat Ansible and Satellite
• Knowledge of Apache, SSL, Samba, DNS, DHCP, Postfix, NFS and automated configuration solutions
• Experiences with one or multiple of the following is a plus:
  • Atlassian Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket
  • Firewall configuration
  • Veeam Backup
  • AWS
  • Gitlab
  • SIEM Solution – e.g. Splunk
  • VMware ESXi
• Creating internal SOPs and documentation
• Scripting experience (e.g. Bash, Python)
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP network configuration and troubleshooting
