To strengthen our team in Switzerland, we are looking for an Engineer Manufacturing (m/f/x).
ABOUT THE JOB :

Plan and implement process engineering activities for new product development and support of current products.
Design and implement manufacturing processes and systems.
Pursue continuous quality improvement and cost reduction.
Research and apply new technologies.
Define, lead, or support validation activities related to the manufacturing and inspection processes.
Support internal projects with manufacturing engineering project managers.
Support the implementation of new products into our current production lines.
Support the transfer of product manufacturing between sites.
Support CAPA.
Define manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, fixtures, and methods.
Define inspection methods and contribute to their validation.
Define, draft, review, update documentation and perform activities such as: validation assessments/validation plans, FAT & SAT protocols, IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols and reports.

ABOUT YOU :

Minimum 2 years of experience in an ISO 13485 medical device environment.
Experience in manufacturing processes: machining, molding, casting, forming, assembly, 3D printing, etc.
Strong experience in product industrialization.
Strong experience in technology transfer.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate business issues in English.

Only applicants with Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship or candidates with an existing and valid residence and work permit in Switzerland will be considered.
