To strengthen our team in Switzerland, we are looking for an Engineer Manufacturing (m/f/x).
ABOUT THE JOB :

• Plan and implement process engineering activities for new product development and support of current products.
• Design and implement manufacturing processes and systems.
• Pursue continuous quality improvement and cost reduction.
• Research and apply new technologies.
• Define, lead, or support validation activities related to the manufacturing and inspection processes.
• Support internal projects with manufacturing engineering project managers.
• Support the implementation of new products into our current production lines.
• Support the transfer of product manufacturing between sites.
• Support CAPA.
• Define manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, fixtures, and methods.
• Define inspection methods and contribute to their validation.
• Define, draft, review, update documentation and perform activities such as: validation assessments/validation plans, FAT & SAT protocols, IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols and reports.

ABOUT YOU :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an ISO 13485 medical device environment.
• Experience in manufacturing processes: machining, molding, casting, forming, assembly, 3D printing, etc.
• Strong experience in product industrialization.
• Strong experience in technology transfer.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate business issues in English.
