MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS INTERN (ZURICH)

YOUR ROLE

• Creating and publishing social media content (Linked In, Instagram);
• Monitoring post performance and preparing reports;
• Preparing content for various channels: website, newsletter, intranet;
• Preparing and launching internal communications;
• Preparing presentations and Power Points;
• Review and proof-read English content for various channels
• Design flashcards, banners and other branding materials for internal and external purpose, in alignment with our graphic design guidelines;
• Recording and editing videos for local campaigns;
• Proposing and organizing internal events, challenges, and community activities for Capgemini Switzerland employees;
• Update digital channels (intranet, website);
• Supporting event planning and logistics;
• Collect and adapt information from various sources (e.g. new joiners communications);
• Managing internal CSR campaigns, focusing on sustainability and diversity.

YOUR PROFILE

• Currently enrolled to a Bachelor’s / Master program in Communication and Marketing or equivalent is required;
• Proficiency in English (German and French will be a plus);
• First experience in Communication & Marketing field is required;
• Good balance of analytical, social and creative skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong interest in digital content, online publishing, and social media;
• Hands-on, proactive, eager to learn and further develop;
• Knowledge of Canva Pro and the Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, In Design, Photoshop) will be a plus;
• Swiss or European Union citizenship or valid open work permit in Switzerland.
