This individual will collaborate with cross functional and in market teams to ensure brand consistency, drive global market penetration, and support revenue growth through innovative marketing campaigns. The role requires a deep understanding of international markets, digital trends, and multi-channel marketing.
This position will play a critical role in the global growth of the Consumer Health category, ensuring its competitive positioning in the international marketplace. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking leader with the ability to navigate complex global dynamics while driving creative and impactful marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of global marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business goals and vision.
- Brand Management: Maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity across all global markets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and voice.
- Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new global market opportunities, developing tailored strategies to penetrate new regions while adapting to local market nuances.
- Campaign Leadership: Oversee the development and execution of global marketing campaigns, including digital, content, social media, PR, and traditional marketing efforts.
- Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a global marketing community, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment across markets and agencies.
- Market Research & Insights: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to refine marketing strategies and drive business growth.
- Digital Transformation: Spearhead digital marketing initiatives, leveraging data analytics, automation, and emerging technologies to optimize marketing performance and customer engagement.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensure cost-effective strategies that maximize ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other key departments to align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and company objectives.
- Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and metrics to track the effectiveness of global marketing efforts and report on performance to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with significant global or regional exposure.
- Proven track record in leading successful global marketing campaigns and managing diverse, multi-country teams.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO, and data analytics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Experience with budget management and ROI-driven decision-making.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in working within a fast-paced, dynamic global company.
- Experience in OTC, Dietary Supplements or FMCG.
- Multilingual capabilities or strong cultural awareness in working across international markets.
- Expertise in specific regional markets (e.g., APAC, EMEA, Americas).
