Position Summary
We are looking for a New Business Model Lead CDF NP EUR, to be responsible for developing the overall plan to ensure our success in this market segment. Key elements of your responsibilities will include developing potential business models, establishing partnerships and commercial agreements to access points of consumption, defining product and brand portfolios, exploring the financial operating model and P&L to ensure profitability, and assessing any attractive M&A opportunities.

A Day in the Life of a New Business Model Lead CDF NP EUR
- Build a comprehensive picture of the grab and go sector: size segments, map value chains, define product categories, explore trends
- Define strategic approach and relevant business model: sustainable attractiveness of segments, prioritized targets, attractiveness with indicative P&Ls, capabilities, and resources
- Identify potential customers, engage with customers, create and lead customer specific projects, propose potential partnerships
- Manage Nestlé stakeholder buy-in and secure investment, collaborate with all functions, category leads, operations, finance, sales above market and in the market
- Develop capabilities in the markets and support them to create and execute new business funnels. This includes conducting customer engagement and concept development
- Scale winning concepts, build NP and partnered capabilities, deliver profitable growth to existing categories
What will make you successful
- Vast GD experience in the FMCG industry, OOH experience as a bonus
- Solid category management experience, with strategic influencing skills
- Confirmed experience in sales with key account management of end-customers
- Evidence of strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
- Experience in innovation consultancy, management consultancy, F&B start-ups, or venture capital/private equity
- High resilience and ability to make clear decisions under pressure
- Strong leadership skills to build and motivate teams
- Change ambassador to embrace market opportunities
