Join our innovative culture as the Product Owner of our platform team, overseeing and enhancing the Service Now Platform Infrastructure in an agile, Scrum-based environment. You utilize your problem-solving skills to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness within our Dev Ops team, continuously evolving our infrastructure to meet the needs of critical internal and external applications. Moreover, you take charge of a high availability infrastructure for on-premise Service Now instances, with core competencies in hosting Java applications, optimizing My SQL databases (Maria DB), and expanding the high availability infrastructure (Galera, Maxscale).Our paramount responsibility is ensuring high-quality and high-performance applications for our infrastructure users, both internal and external, guaranteeing their satisfaction. Therefore, you propel our organization forward in the ever-changing tech landscape by being a part of our team and playing a crucial role in the continued success of our Service Now Platform Infrastructure.

You manage and prioritise the team backlog and take the business view
You scrutinise new projects with a view to meaningfulness and business value
You engage in active stakeholder management and are an important point of contact for stakeholders
You take responsibility for ensuring that the promised epics/stories are delivered on time
You drive the lifecycle and further development of our infrastructure
