As Product Owner Massmarket Voice, you and your motivated Dev Ops team will ensure the stable operation of Swisscom's voice services and actively shape the long-term convergence of fixed and mobile telephony services. You will rely on the latest technologies and working methods and use your strong leadership skills profitably.

Ensure 24/7 availability and smooth operation of Swisscom's Massmarket Voice service through automation, observability and SRE principles
Collaborate with Product Manager, architects, and teams to shape the future of Massmarket Voice service and define the roadmap
Strategically prioritize and refine product backlog to align with interdependencies, operational capabilities and business goals
Represent Massmarket Voice service in ART-level committees and serve as a contact point for technical and operational matters
Support the team in achieving the objectives of each Product Increment, setting goals and identifying development stories
