Your role

Do you have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy delivering enhanced solutions to fulfil our bank clients’ needs? Are you an experienced specialist in Cash Clearing products with a track record of delivering process and operational change? We are looking for someone to strengthen our Projects, Solutions & Business Intelligence team for Transaction Banking Products in the client segment Banks:

act as a subject matter expert in cash clearing, payments and liquidity topics and represent the client segment Banks in various forums
implement sustainable solutions for internal and external clients to help deliver lasting change
actively drive new products and product changes together with cross-functional teams
lead and support business sector owned projects, from process optimization to strategic themes
perform data analysis and generate new ideas to improve efficiency and effectiveness of tools and reporting
monitor regulatory and market changes in the industry
support the extended team of Custody Product Specialists in similar role
close collaboration with internal partners and stakeholders (e.g. Client Advisors, Group Treasury, IT, Legal, Compliance, Marketing)

Your team

You'll be working in the Transaction Banking Products team within Institutional & Multinational Banking. Our team is comprised of Product Specialists for Cash and Custody, Business Analysts and Client Advisors. We work as experts to enable smooth product solutions from A to Z for the client segment Banks. Further responsibilities range from improvement and maintenance of the Cash and Custody product shelf, implementing the strategic agenda and leading projects in accordance with the priorities defined by the business sector. Your expertise

completed a bachelor degree or banking education
comprehensive understanding of the Cash product (ideally also Custody product)
extensive experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access) and other business intelligence tools
strong analytical and excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
experience in working in a cross-functional and multi-cultural team
solution orientated and a problem solver who is looking to improve the client experience
reliable, highly committed and a strong team person
fluent in German and English
