What you can expect:

Reporting to the HR Manager Switzerland, will be instrumental in enhancing and executing a variety of communication strategies, and tools aimed at bolstering Volpi's employer brand and attracting top talents to our teams in both Dietikon (Switzerland) and Auburn (USA).
Are you a dynamic and experienced recruiter looking to make a significant impact in the Med Tech industry? We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual to join our team and lead our talent acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks to identify and approach suitable candidates for our open positions.
Recruiting Process Management: Take charge of the entire recruiting process for basically all group wide open positions in Switzerland and USA; from crafting compelling job advertisements in alignment with the hiring line manager, to post on relevant channels and to the first selection of potential candidates Applicant Pool Management: Efficiently manage our applicant database, ensuring a smooth and organized recruitment workflow.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant specialist departments, facilitating a seamless candidate experience.
Collaborative Decision-Making: Work closely with specialist departments to make informed hiring decisions that align with our company's needs and values.
Candidate Engagement: As the first point of contact convey the Volpi brand via maintaining proactive communication with candidates, positioning yourself as their primary point of contact throughout their application journey.
HR Collaboration: Partner with our HR department to ensure a smooth transition from recruiting to HR integration for new hires.
Agency Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for additional recruiting agencies and job platforms, fostering strong professional relationships.

Qualifications:

4+ years hands-on experience in autonomous recruitment, preferably within the Med Tech industry or engineering environment learned either in a specialized employment agency or in a larger company and comparable in-house function
driving recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing techniques
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software
very good written and spoken English skills, German is a plus
organizational talent with a service-oriented mindset and a team player
discretion and confidentiality is a must
