About the job :
To strengthen our team in Switzerland, we are looking for a Reliability Engineer (m/f/x) to start asap.

• Develop and optimize maintenance strategies and spare parts management.
• Analyze technical data to improve the reliability of equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with field engineering teams to identify issues and propose technical solutions.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
• Use BI tools to analyze and interpret operational data, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

About you :

• Msc/Bsc degree in Electromechanical Engineering.
• Several years of experience as a Method or Reliability Engineer in Pharmaceutical, and/or Chemical industries.
• Field engineering experience is appreciated.
• Strong ability to analyze technical data and work with BI tools.
• Experience in implementing spare parts and maintenance strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in French and English
