YOUR IMPACT
As a trainee in the Revenue Management Team, you will actively contribute to allocating the right amount of food to the FELFEL fridges to satisfy our customers’ needs, increase sales and to minimize food waste. You will work in close collaboration with our sales team to evaluate client requests, and you constantly strive for high customer satisfaction.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your Daily Tasks
Your regular tasks will include running the stocking algorithm and analysing various performance statistics to initiate needed changes and interventions at the FELFELs. You are helping your team in keeping the tools and its information up to date. Furthermore, you are making sure that extraordinary wishes (e.g. holidays, additional orders, and more) are taken care of, with the goal to increase customer satisfaction to its max!
Forecasting
To ensure the right amount of good food in all FELFELs, you will be supporting the forecasting with the help of simulation tools, coordination with various stakeholders, and allocating the right menus to the right places.
Projects
There are various on-going projects which you will be an active part of by ideating improvements, understanding key pain points, and keeping track of changes.

THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• MS Office skills: you are comfortable with Excel and Power Point
• Detail-oriented with an ability to simultaneously balance multiple tasks
• You speak English (German and French is a plus)
• Non-smoker: FELFEL is a non-smoking company. Smoking during working hours or 'smelling of smoke' is not allowed.
• EU/EFTA or Swiss work permit.
