Our client is carrying out a 3-month rollout and needs support from a rollouter. The rollout will mainly take place in French-speaking Switzerland (headquarters are in Zurich) and therefore, in addition to your technical skills, you will also need good communication skills in French and German. You will also need a valid driving license and it is very beneficial if you have your own car (mileage will be reimbursed).
Main tasks:
- Appointment coordination with the branches
- Independent preparation of the necessary hardware for the rollout of the branches
- Replacing existing thin clients with HP Mini Workstations including power supplies
- Data migration from Citrix to local environment (via migration tool)
- Setting up Outlook mailboxes, email signatures, printer profile, One Note, etc.
- The branches currently work on Citrix (Windows 10) and need support with the first steps on the local environment with Windows 11
- Entering and deleting devices in the inventory tool
- Experience with hardware rollout
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and O365
- Experience with end user support (Floor Walker)
- Fluent German
- Fluent French
- Driving license cat B
- Own car (advantageous)
Location: Western Switzerland and Zurich
Workload: 80% (Monday to Thursday)
