Your role:

• Lead Change & Inspire Teams: Guide our teams through impactful transitions, ensuring that they are excited for the future
• Craft the Future: Create and coordinate training for 1’000+ employees worldwide, ensuring Jet Aviation remains at the forefront of excellence
• Build Foundations: Partner with Global Process Owners to map out critical SAP S4 processes that drive our business forward, including Finance and MRO
• Test, Refine & Perfect: Support the development of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts, ensuring smooth system rollouts

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
• Solution oriented. proactive and results-driven with a strong sense of personal accountability
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders
