Senior Composite Structures Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Design, analyse, and validate composite structures for advanced aircraft.
- Conduct finite element analyses (FEA) to ensure structural integrity under various load conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including aerodynamics, materials, and manufacturing experts, to optimise designs.
- Support the certification process by preparing documentation and working closely with regulatory authorities.
- Lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical guidance.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the design and analysis of composite structures, preferably in aerospace.
- Proficient in FEA tools such as NASTRAN, FEMAP, ABAQUS, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of composite materials, manufacturing processes, and structural testing methods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
