Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of risk assessments, analysis, and tailored insurance solutions for our clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and clients, ensuring top-level service delivery
• Present solutions and strategies to clients, with a focus on their individual needs
• Actively participate in global practice groups, representing Switzerland’s interests and initiatives
• Support the M&A team with large-scale projects and leverage Aon’s global network
• Develop bespoke placement strategies that align with the client’s needs, ensuring competitive pricing and optimal structuring
• Lead negotiations with insurers, addressing complex issues and ensuring the best outcomes for our clients
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create comprehensive solutions for our clients, including direct handling of major placements
• Oversee wording discussions in partnership with Cyber Coverage Specialists, ensuring clarity and precision in policy terms

Your profile

• Proven broking experience, particularly within Cyber or related risk domains.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in time management, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
• Capable of working independently as well as thriving in team settings
• In-depth understanding of cyber insurance markets, broking processes, and client service dynamics
• Experience in managing large-scale client accounts
• Familiarity with market trends and a passion for staying ahead of industry developments
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to change
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach to solving problems and delivering solutions
