Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead Regional/Global olfactive strategy for Hair Care customer’s brands
• Manage multiple projects and develop fragrances according to brief’s guidelines
• Partner with perfumers, sales, technical development, marketing and consumer insights to create co-developed fragrance strategies, nurture client relationships, and bring innovative solutions to life.
• Stay informed of trends and opportunities within assigned categories, converting olfactive insights into actionable fragrance solutions for clients.
• Connect with our global network to leverage best new creations
• Build and execute consumer insight-driven olfactive strategies in collaboration with your team to enhance knowledge and impact.
• Support fragrance development cross-regional teams when needed
• Work with the Marketing Team to identify and analyse olfactive market
• Proactively create new fragrances that align with emerging trends

You bring

• Minimum of 10 years’ fragrance evaluation experience in Hair Care category
• Expertise in fragrance creation tailored to specific categories and clients, along with a proven ability to manage and excel in key global projects
• Significant expertise and track record experience in Hair Care evaluation
• Deep Consumer understanding to develop olfactive guidelines for perfumers
• Knowledge of Global Key players in Hair Care market
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively within a global network
• Creativity and leadership on multiple complex projects
• Agility to be able to work in a multicultural environment
