Join us as a Senior Fragrance Development Manager and become a pivotal force within the Laundry Fragrance Development Team. Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams, working closely with perfumers, sales forces, technical team, marketing and CI partners to develop winning fragrance solutions.

Your key responsibilities

• Build a deep market and consumer understanding and translate it into the development of winning fragrance solutions for our laundry key clients.
• Define and set up relevant olfactive strategies
• Lead strategically proactive and solicited projects with ownership and a smart use of resources
• Orchestrate the project dynamic in close cooperation with Account Manager aiming the best fragrance delivery to the client, including innovation and technologies that address briefing needs.
• Work closely with our perfumers to develop impactful winning fragrances answering the needs of consumers and our clients.
• Contribute to the global expertise of the category and the development of olfactive tools.

You bring

• 8-10 years min of expertise in fragrance development within laundry/home categories
• Track record of success in developing in market fragrance solutions utilizing technologies
• Proficient in data-driven approaches, adept at translating consumer insights into creative solutions
• Broad international olfactive knowledge of the laundry market and consumer preferences.
• Collaborative team player, adaptable in a matrix organization
• Leadership skills, assertiveness, curiosity, organizational talent with a proactive and strategic mindset and a
• can-do attitude
• Fluent in English and Spanish
