• Lead the development and execution of a holistic omnichannel strategy for the brand, including budget management and creative content development for marketing campaigns across all channels: digital (website, email, social media, digital ads) and offline (print, in-store, events).
• Oversee paid and organic activities across social media platforms, collaborating with agency partners to ensure a balanced approach that maximizes reach and engagement.
• Analyze marketing data to refine messaging strategies and identify opportunities for new content creation across both owned and paid media platforms, providing actionable insights through robust reporting.

• 5+ years of experience in DTC marketing, with a focus on both digital and traditional media, web, and content marketing.
• 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing management, including campaign development, media management/buying, e-commerce, and omnichannel marketing.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• 3+ years of experience with audience behavior analysis across multiple platforms and channels (web, email, social media, in-store).
• 4+ years of experience in media management, either within an agency or in-house, including both digital and traditional media channels.
• Fluent in English (written & verbal); proficiency in any other European language is an advantage.
