At our subsidiary Julius Baer Real Estate, we value the individual qualities that you bring to the table
and which enable you to make a difference, be entrepreneurial and take on responsibility. For the development and expansion in German-Speaking Switzerland, Julius Baer Real Estate is looking for a Senior Commercial Broker.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Acquisition, sale, and search of investment properties with a strong focus on commercial assets
• Sourcing of sales and active search mandates for investment properties
• Creation of pitches, contracts, and sales documentations
• Project management across entire real estate project cycle
• Market, location analysis of properties and property portfolios
• Advice and consult on project developments for real estate
• Development of marketing strategies and concepts in collaboration with our marketing department and Julius Baer
• Expansion and maintenance of client relationships as well as participation in trade fairs and client events
• Cross-selling to other departments within JBRE as well as Julius Baer

YOUR PROFILE

• You have an above-average bachelor’s or master’s degree in the fields of economics, finance, architecture, engineering or similar
• You have 2-5 years of professional experience in the fields of real estate brokerage and transaction management
• You are an effective networker and bring along a broad preexisting professional network in the real estate industry
• You are structured, have an eye for details and can think in a networked way
• You are an excellent team player, highly committed, and flexible
