Our client, a Swiss financial institution that offers personalized banking, investment, and wealth management services to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and families is seeking a:
Senior Relationship Manager
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, build, and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients by understanding their financial objectives and providing tailored wealth management solutions.
• Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and expand the client base, driving revenue growth through new business development.
• Develop your own network for client acquisition, meet with prospects and clients, prepare for client meetings, and manage follow-up actions.
• Deliver exceptional service to clients by responding promptly to inquiries and proactively addressing their needs.
• Analyze portfolio positions, prepare performance evaluations, and develop investment proposals aligned with clients' objectives, assets, and investment strategies.
• Ensure knowledge of and adherence to compliance and cross-border rules, maintaining compliance with local laws, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines.
• Stay informed about economic and monetary developments, as well as market, company, and sector performance, to provide informed advice and improve service quality.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 10 years in Private Banking as a Relationship Manager.
• Degree in finance, economics, or a similar field. A post-graduate qualification such as CFA is ideal. Valid certification as a Client Advisor (CWMA) is required.
• Proven business development experience in Private Banking, with a track record of developing new client relationships and sales success.
• Strong understanding of investments, banking, and trust concepts, including asset allocation, managed portfolios, brokerage accounts, and portfolio reviews.
• Independent, agile, enthusiastic, initiative-driven, and service-oriented. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills. High degree of personal integrity, entrepreneurial spirit, and innovative mindset.
• Excellent knowledge of English and French or German. Additional languages are a strong asset.
• Valid working permit for Switzerland.
