YOUR ROLE

• Advising clients on technology during sprint zero and delivering the solution with the engineering team;
• Enabling our engineers and our overall company growth
• Leading, mentoring and inspiring a group of highly experienced engineers. You lead by example by taking ownership, being proactive and collaborating;

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of experience either in Backend with Java (e.g., with Spring Boot or Quarkus), .NET Core or with Frontend with Java Script frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue or Next. Experience in Financial services a plus;
• Skilled in leading and supporting people, as well as in coaching and enabling delivery across engineering teams;
• Knowledges of design patterns and software development best practices;
• Ability to work with cloud platforms, containers, Kafka (or any other MQ platform);
• Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas in English and French.
