To improve the quality of Swisscom's services, you will build analysis systems that detect and classify mass outages and performance degradations in the wireline network. Our systems are used by network engineers, problem managers and technical support to identify and resolve customer problems.

Engage with users and domain experts to tackle challenges and enhance the quality of Swisscom services
Apply software engineering best practices to create robust and sustainable systems
Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle, from problem analysis to implementation to production deployment
Collaborate in a diverse range of tasks within a highly collaborative work environment
