Location: This is a full-time position with on-site presence at our office in central Zurich, Switzerland.

Job Summary

We are scaling our sales team significantly and have an ever-growing demand for high-quality sales data. As a Sales Intelligence Engineer, you will acquire, aggregate, and enrich meaningful data for our Sales Development Representatives. While your main stakeholders are on the business side, you will be part of a top engineering team. Given the critical nature of this role, there is ample room for personal growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procuring high-quality sales data from various sources.
  
• Aggregating and consolidating data to generate meaningful insights for the sales team.
  
• Developing and implementing tools and processes to automate data collection and analysis.
  
• Collaborating with the sales team to understand their data requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  
• Ensuring data quality and continuously optimizing data flows.
  

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  
• Experience in data acquisition, analysis, and preparation, preferably in a sales context.
  
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and transform it into actionable insights.
  
• Proficiency in programming (e.g., Python, SQL) and working with databases.
  
• Team-oriented approach and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks.
