Position Summary

Your mission

• Drive reporting: Prepare and develop periodic financial reports
• Analyze & Advise: Provide insights and analysis to guide management decisions
• Month-end closing: play a key role in the month-end closing process, ensuring smooth financial reporting
• SAP: maintain and monitor overhead allocations to ensure accurate cost rates in SAP
• Cost management: develop and maintain cost center reporting
• CAPEX oversight: Manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) administration and ensure proper tracking
• Budgeting: Prepare and review financial budgeting
• Manage FX risk: monitor financial FX risk (hedging of future inflows and outflows, FX exposure report, active support hedge accounting)
• Audit support: assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance
• Create policies: develop and maintain various policies & procedures

Your profile

• University degree in Finance/Controlling/Accounting or similar
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite; Strong Excel and Power Point skills
• Familiarity with SAP/SAP BW/Power BI
• Ability to develop complex financial models
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to build strong relationships and influence key decisions
• Driven and results-focused, with a strong sense of ownership, business acumen, and strategic, analytical mindset
• Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, with customer-centric approach and a strong talent for navigating fast-paced environments
